The United Network for the Recruitment of Transplantation Professionals (UNRTP) is neither a recruitment agency, nor a headhunter.
We provide recruitment assistance to transplant centers, other organizations involved in transplantation, and individuals looking for that enviable, yet elusive appointment.
We offer two types of recruitment assistance to organizations. They are as follows:
1. We permit positions to be posted on this Web site (over 600 visitors per day).
2. We actively recruit on behalf of clients we approve (not all meet our standards).
Our services are tailored and bespoke, we're extremely effective and incredibly efficient and, as a result, our fees are substantially lower than those charged by the competition.
After a contract has been signed, the time to first candidate is usually less than 25 minutes.
We also assist transplant professionals. We know the programs, the people, and the problems. We steer people clear of questionnable “opportunities.” To be sure, there are places to avoid.
Need an opinion? We provide it. Want a little history? We convey it. Hope to get ahead? We'll help you get there. In short, we share your interests. We will assist you in looking after them.
