Employer Services
We offer employers -- hospitals, medical centers, health systems, clinics, universities, associations, organizations, and companies -- four levels of service for recruitment-related purposes -- Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. All four levels of service are available to any employer. The Pay-to-Post a Position Plan is the least expensive option; the Signature Plan is the most comprehensive and, therefore, the most costly option available.
Bronze: The Pay-to-Post a Position Plan
Under the Pay-to-Post a Position Plan, any employer can post individual employment opportunities in 30-day increments for a flat rate. Posting fees vary by type of position. You can think of this as the typical "job board" approach to recruitment. It works, but it may not be the most efficient or cost-effective approach to the task at hand.
Silver: The Annual Plan
Under the Annual Plan, any employer pays an annual fee and, thereafter, can post an unlimited number of positions on the UNRTP Web site for up to one-year. The Annual Plan is offered on a renewable subscription basis. Any position posted during the time the subscription is in effect will remain posted for up to 12-months from the date it is posted, even if the subscription isn't renewed.
Subscription rates are based on actual or projected activity levels. For example, subscription rates for transplant centers are determined by the number of transplants performed annually. High volume centers pay more than low volume centers. This is due to the fact that the recruitment activities of high volume centers are typically more substantial than those of low volume centers.
Gold: The Exclusive Plan
Under the Exclusive Plan, we tailor a recruitment approach that best meets your needs. We sometimes refer to this as bespoke tailoring. We post your position, and provide an agreed upon set of services which enhance the probability that your recruitment efforts will be successful. We do as much or as little as you would like.
We can serve as the initial contact, screening candidates, answering questions, and arranging interviews. Alternatively, potential candidates can initially contact us, and we will promptly refer them on to you, provided they meet the minimal requirements of the job description. Under the Exclusive Plan, there is a wide range of options we would be happy to discuss with you.
Platinum: The Signature Plan
The Signature Plan is distinguished from the Exclusive Plan in that it includes an on-site review of your organization to assess the work environment, to meet the people with whom potential job candidates will be working, and to understand the reasons people may have left your organization. The outcome of the review enables us to best represent your interests throughout the recruitment process. The better we understand your organization, the more effective we can be in helping you recruit the finest available talent.
The Signature Plan is the best option when people have left your organization amid controversy and are inclined to discourage others from even considering a position with your organization. Under the Signature Plan, we are able to offer potential job candidates an insider's perspective based on our role as an outsider. Our goal is to balance employer interests and job candidate concerns in hopes of striking an appropriate balance amongst skepticism, uncertainty, reluctance, hesitation, and ambivalence. We strive to provide job candidates objective reassurance in the face of recognized adversity.
