The Stem Cell Transplantation Program at Children’s Hospital Boston is seeking an outstanding clinician investigator to advance translational research in stem cell biology and transplantation medicine.
 
Applications will be considered for academic appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
 
Candidates should be dedicated to an innovative program of clinical investigation related to hematopoietic transplantation for malignant or genetic hematologic conditions.
 
Qualifications should include board certification in pediatric hematology/oncology or adult hematology and/or oncology, with expertise in hematopoietic cell transplantation, gene therapy, clinical trial design and management, and an exceptional record of academic contributions to transplantation biology.
 
Candidates will be integral members of the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Children’s Hospital Boston and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and affiliated faculty of the Children’s Hospital Stem Cell Program and the Harvard Stem Cell Institute.

The Division of Gastroenterology (GI) & Hepatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an outstanding clinician-investigator at the Assistant Professor level with a main focus in liver diseases, including transplantation.
 
The applicant should have had formal transplant hepatology training, be eligible for or have already qualified for the CAQ in transplant hepatology, and possess an interest in clinical research and education.
 
The successful applicant is expected to manage hepatology patients, perform liver transplant recipient evaluations and management of liver transplant patient in the outpatient as well as the inpatient setting. Candidates with research interest and those with a publication record will be preferred.
 
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the four current hepatologists and four transplant surgeons to enhance the quality of and expand the liver transplant program.
 
The Liver Transplant Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin is integrated through the Divisions of Gastroenterology & Hepatology and Transplant Surgery. The Program benefits from the expertise of a large number of clinical and basic science investigators, offering a stimulating environment for productive research.

The Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology and the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (MSSM) are seeking a senior clinical investigator in Gastrointestinal Malignancies at the Associate or Full Professor level.

 

The Tisch Cancer Institute is integrating Mount Sinai's expanding research capacity in developmental and molecular biology, stem cells, and cancer biology with its current established clinical programs, including those in liver, breast, prostate, head and neck, and hematological malignancies.

 

MSSM has a well-established multidisciplinary program in GI surgery, liver cancer, and liver transplant.

 

The Cancer Institute is expanding into new clinical and research space in the Center for Science and Medicine building which recently broke ground.

 

Outstanding institutional resources exist to support clinical and translational research activities. MSSM is situated along the Museum Mile on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

 

The successful candidate will have an MD or equivalent degree, clinical expertise in the management of GI malignancies, and a track record of productive investigation. The individual will be expected to build an active clinical research program which will include investigator-initiated clinical trials and translational research, as well as mentor junior investigators and fellows. The successful applicant will be able to build on the strengths of existing programs but will expand across all GI cancers.
