Quality Systems Analyst, California Transplant Donor Network, Oakland, CA

Position Description:

The Quality Systems Analyst must be dedicated to supporting the mission of the California Transplant Donor Network to save and improve lives through organ and tissue donation for transplantation. The Quality Systems Analyst will assist in executing assigned quality systems to include but not limited to document control, nonconformance, waiver/deviation, quality assurance, audits, and adverse reactions and for assisting with the reporting of reactive serology test results to the CA Department of Health. The Quality Systems Analyst will also be responsible for assisting with the general administrative support, computer data input and update, statistical trend analysis of quality monitors, maintaining the operational technical equipment program schedule, and maintaining training documents/databases. This position requires a proactive team player who must uphold the core values of the organization which include integrity, respect, and honor of diversity, personal accountability, creative initiative, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: Baccalaureate degree in life sciences or related field

Experience: Preferred: 1 Year Organ or Tissue Quality Assurance or 2 - 3 of data analytics. Work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
