Donor Network of Arizona, a full-service organ, tissue, and eye recovery organization, is the federally designated OPO for the entire state of Arizona.

We are seeking experienced RNs/NR-EMTPs/CTPCs who wish to save lives every day as Organ Recovery Coordinators.
 
Coordinators must be able to work flexible hours & be on-call to respond to Arizona hospitals to discuss organ donation with families working with Donor Family Advocates and to manage the clinical process of organ donation.
 
Coordinators will also assist Donor Program Development staff with education efforts related to organ donation.

The ideal candidate for Organ Recovery Coordinator will have at least two years’ experience in a critical care and/or emergency department setting, a willingness to learn, demonstrated multi-tasking abilities, autonomous and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for organ, tissue and eye donation.
