Director of Business Operations, LifeLink Foundation of Florida, Tampa, Florida

Description:

Responsible for managing allograft marketing and sales activities, distribution operations and distributor relationship management, customer service, and business development.

Plans and organizes the sales and distribution for LifeLink Tissue Bank and ensures that all field representatives are well trained and able to effectively execute defined responsibilities.

Oversees inventory control and management as well as sales forecasting and budgeting; and will serve as a strategic partner.

This position is responsible for coordinating with all other functional areas, including Tissue Recovery, QA, and Processing in meeting the needs of the patients, physicians, and hospitals utilizing LifeLink Tissue Bank services.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university with a minimum of seven to ten years of sales and marketing experience with orthopedic industry knowledge and strong business, financial & analytical skills. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration.
