Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Market Manager for the Liver Transplant Program.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales and marketing professional to join a high quality transplant program that operates in a patient-centric, service line model.

The Market Manager is responsible for promoting Jefferson’s liver transplant program to referring physicians and hospital administrators to increase the number of referrals for transplant evaluation. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, coordinating educational events for healthcare professionals and patients, and developing and implementing business strategies to increase referrals for early to end stage liver disease who may require liver transplantation, liver surgery, general hepatology care, or liver tumor management.

The Market Manager will also act as a concierge for Jefferson to insure referring physicians, patients, and their families are serviced well by Hospital departments and our physicians.

Requirements:

Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, healthcare), a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales and marketing experience (proven track record of increasing revenue and market share for previous employer), and strong oral and written communication skills.
