University of Maryland Medical Center is seeking a well organized, detail oriented candidate with a desire to join our premier multidisciplinary team in the Solid Organ Transplant Program as a Transplant Data Coordinator. Our Department of Transplantation program serves as a referral center for patients in Maryland and beyond.

This key role provides and coordinates data input, retrieval and report generation for the transplant program. Duties include, but are not limited to: collecting data required by external agencies managing the computer program for transplant patient data and producing reports coordinating charge slip submission for billing purposes and orienting team members to database management and software programs utilized in the Transplant program.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate have completed at least two years of college coursework in Business Administration, the Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Health Care Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years of data management procedures, and medical terminology is required.
