The Section of Pediatric Nephrology at Yale University School of Medicine is recruiting for two full-time, junior faculty positions in Pediatric Nephrology to join the current staff of four nephrologists.
One faculty position will seek an outstanding physician-scientist interested in basic developmental nephrology research, and will involve ample protected time for laboratory research and limited clinical and teaching responsibilities.
The other faculty position will emphasize clinical and teaching responsibilities in an active pediatric nephrology service with accredited fellowship and transplantation programs and will include some protected time for pursuit of patient-based research.
Preference will be given to applicants with established programs in clinical research.
Requirements include board certification or eligibility in pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. Appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor is anticipated, based on experience and qualifications.

The appointment will be full time on the UCL Consultant Clinical
Academic Grade. The salary range will be £76,666-£102,608 per
annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
The UCL Faculty of Biomedical Sciences has established a new
Reader/Honorary Consultant post in Nephrology within the Division
of Medicine. Clinical work will be performed at the
participation in the teaching activities of the Division of Medicine;
development of an independent research programme within the
Centre for Nephrology; and commitment to the vasculitis and
transplant service at the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust.
Full registration with the General Medical Council and acceptance
on the GMC Specialist Register are requirements of this post.

Register. Appointment to this post will be made on the terms of the
Consultant Clinical Academic contract. Basic salary on

Pediatric Nephrology is part of a Pediatric multi-specialty practice and offers complete clinical programs for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired acute and chronic kidney disease at all stages, including end-stage renal disease.
