The UNRTP is neither an agency nor a recruiting organization. Instead, the UNRTP is an independent, community-based membership association which takes an integrated, highly personal approach to the posting of job openings and employment opportunities of interest to transplantation professionals.
The UNRTP is committed to furthering the field of transplantation one professional at a time by cost-effectively and very efficiently increasing the visibility of open positions, thereby enhancing opportunities for successful searches and, ideally, the extension of attractive offers to exceptional candidates.
Membership in the United Network for the Recruitment of Transplantation Professionals is available to eligible organizations, including transplant centers and organ and tissue procurement organizations. Membership dues, which are based on the level of transplant-related activities, enable members to post an unlimited number of positions for an indefinite period of time. Employers, recruiters, and other interested parties can still post individual positions using a credit card or, if preferred, manual billing and invoicing is available.
