The UNRTP is neither an agency nor a recruiting organization. Instead, the UNRTP is an independent, community-based membership association which takes an integrated, personal approach to the posting of employment opportunities of interest to transplantation professionals.
The UNRTP is committed to furthering the field of transplantation one professional at a time by increasing the visibility of open positions, thereby enhancing opportunities for successful searches and, ideally, the extension of attractive offers to exceptional candidates.
Membership in the United Network for the Recruitment of Transplantation Professionals is available to eligible organizations, including transplant centers and organ and tissue procurement organizations. Members can post an unlimited number of positions for the duration of their membership.
Employers, recruiters, and other interested parties can still post individual positions using a credit card or, if preferred, manual billing and invoicing is available.
We're in the process of phasing out courtesy postings, which we have generously provided over the past 18 months.
