The mission of the United Network for the Recruitment of Transplantation Professionals (UNRTP) is to shape, stimulate, facilitate, and advance the job market for transplantation professionals, of which organ and tissue donation is a vital part.
We're committed to furthering the field of transplantation one professional at a time by efficiently and cost-effectively increasing the visibility of open positions, thereby enhancing opportunities for successful searches and, ideally, the extension of attractive offers to exceptional candidates.
The UNRTP is neither an agency nor a recruiting organization in the traditional sense. Instead, the UNRTP is an independent, community-based organization which takes an integrated, distinctly personal, tailored, and bespoke approach to the recruitment of transplantation and donation professionals.
More specifically, the UNRTP provides recruitment assistance to transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, group practices and clinics, pharmaceutical companies, equipment and device manufacturers, insurance and managed care companies, accountable care organizations, and professional associations.
The UNRTP offers two types of recruitment assistance. First, for a nominal fee, organizations can post their positions on this Web site, which currently has over 600 visitors every day. Second, as noted above, the UNRTP contractually recruits on behalf of clients. Once an agreement has been signed, aggressive recruitment begins. No stone is left unturned.
We also help transplant professionals. We know the programs, the people, and the problems. We objectively assist individuals in understanding the pros and cons of each opportunity.
